Will Minotaur be available on PS4/Vita/<insert platform name here>?
Minotaur is currently confirmed for Windows PC and Mac only, but we’re of course interested in releasing it on other platforms afterwards. It’s highly probable that Minotaur will become available on tablets and Linux, and we will do our best to port it to consoles. If you’ve already backed Minotaur up, as long as there’s a way to provide you with game key for new platform, you can request it and we’ll give you one so that you could play it on it if you’d like.

What languages Minotaur will be translated into?
Minotaur is a text-heavy game and translating it is a serious commitment, so we’re considering our options very carefully. Currently confirmed translations are Russian and Chinese. Just like with platforms, we’ll do our best to make Minotaur available in as many languages as possible! You can always show your interest by requesting particular language in comments here on Kickstarter or someplace else.

Will I be able to upgrade my pledge after campaign ends?
As long as you pledged at least €8… Yes! We’ll be using BackerKit, which allows backers to upgrade their pledges manually. There will be pretty large window of opportunity for you to do it. Just remember that Minotaur needs your support now the most!

I want art book.. just the art book! Can I pay for it separately?
Unfortunately, no. Pledges are structured that way to help us keep delivery costs as low as possible, plus art book is one of more difficult things to produce. We do appreciate your interest in it, though, so remember that you can always upgrade your pledge even after campaign ends!

Will you have just one design for each character for t-shirts?
We’re considering offering additional designs for more popular characters, so that you could have more than 10 options to choose from. We’ll make sure to announce final count before campaign ends.

Which objects can I use for €300 pledge?
It’s basically like this: we can’t accept copyrighted, mature and provocative (or offensive) content. As long as what you want to store in Royce apartments doesn’t fall under either of these categories, you’re probably fine. However, we urge you to reach out and discuss it with us to avoid potential misunderstandings further down the road! Some examples of what we already arranged with backers are: two pets (a dog and a turtle), wedding rings (really sweet), a music band poster (from the band themselves, so it doesn’t fall into copyrighted content category) and hand-made model of space rocket. As you can see, the possibilities are endless:-)

Did you think about offering collector's edition as a pledge?
We’re currently talking with several companies which might help us do that. We hope that we’ll be able to upgrade rewards starting from a certain tier to include collector’s edition. It might also become our stretch goal!

- where did you download demo package from (our website, Game Jolt etc.),
- which OS you’re running (don’t forget version name or number), and
- whether you got any system error messages.
We’ve had very few cases like that so far, so we can’t really identify any recurring problems. Nevertheless, we’ll do our best to help.

What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
